2. Service Agreement

When you book a service (via website, phone, or email), you agree to:

• Provide accurate property and contact details
• Grant reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
• Notify us of any hazards, restricted areas, or special cleaning needs in advance
• Allow before/after photos for quality assurance (with your consent)

Important: Service start times are approximate and may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or job overruns. If service cannot be performed due to access restrictions, safety hazards, or inaccurate information, a service fee may still apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices will be clearly communicated in your quote or invoice.
• Final pricing may change based on site conditions (e.g., extra buildup, larger areas).
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, debit/credit, or approved invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• In case of severe weather or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule promptly.

5. Liability and Limitations

While we take great care during service:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or structural issues.
• We are not liable for damage caused by improper construction, aged materials, or unsecured items (e.g., loose siding, fragile fixtures).
• Clients must secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning:

• Notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
• We will return to fix the issue at no extra cost, if applicable.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair it. All website content is owned by SKYREX Property Services and is protected under Canadian copyright law. No content may be reused or redistributed without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the practices outlined there.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
